Do downloads give unrestricted rights?
No. Having an MP3 does not grant permission beyond the licence agreed. Creator use, client work, films, paid advertising and venue playback are distinct scopes. No licence is granted simply by listening or sending an enquiry.
Can I license a single track or several collections?
Yes. Tell us the track or collection names and the intended use. The quote will identify exactly which recordings and rights are covered. Ownership is not transferred.
Are stems available?
Stems are not included with the standard MP3 recordings. They may be available separately by enquiry, subject to availability and additional pricing.
How long does a commercial licence last?
The written agreement specifies its duration and scope. A project licence can cover the agreed ongoing distribution of a named finished production. A recurring venue licence covers the agreed playback during the paid licence period. These are separate arrangements, not a blanket lifetime licence for every use.

Licensing and use restrictions
